Where a matter requires tailored guidance, deeper review, or case-specific discussion, paid consultation is available by appointment. This is suitable for clients who need more than general direction and would like practical advice focused on their own circumstances.

Implementation support is available for selected matters such as company incorporation, changes in directors or shareholders, and other company secretarial or compliance-related work. Because requirements differ from case to case, fees for this type of work are normally provided after the initial discussion and review of the relevant details.
Where applicable, government fees, third-party charges, courier fees, or other disbursements will be stated separately. This helps ensure that clients understand what is included in our service fee and what may be payable to external parties.
