Terms of Service & User Conditions
Welcome to Wisebridge Consultancy. These Terms of Service and User Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our business consultancy services and our website. By engaging with Wisebridge Consultancy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Engagement of Services
Wisebridge Consultancy provides premium business consulting services, including but not limited to global business incorporation, trademark registration, government renewal services, and accounting advisory. Services are provided on a project-by-project basis as detailed in specific engagement letters or service agreements.
2. User Obligations
As a client, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for Wisebridge to perform its duties. You are responsible for ensuring your business activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Hong Kong and other relevant jurisdictions. Inaccurate or incomplete submissions may result in delays or rejection by the bank.
You agree to comply with the regulations and policies of the chosen bank.
3. Fees and Payment Terms
Consultation fees and service costs will be quoted prior to the commencement of work. Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule specified in the invoice. Late payments may result in the suspension of services or additional administrative charges as permitted under Hong Kong law. Service fees cover our human resource costs and any external costs incurred during the application process. Fees do not include bank deposits, bank charges, or certification costs that may be required by the bank.
4. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement. Wisebridge retains ownership of all methodologies, templates, and frameworks used, while the client retains ownership of intellectual property created specifically for them under the service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wisebridge Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service from which the claim arises.
6. Other Services
For all other services offered by Wisebridge Consultancy payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
