Changing a company director is more than completing a form
Whether a director is being appointed, resigning or ceasing to act, the company should consider its internal records, supporting documents and relevant filing requirements.

In Hong Kong, changes involving the appointment or cessation of a director are generally reported to the Companies Registry using Form ND2A within 15 days of the effective date. A change to an existing director’s particulars may instead require Form ND2B.
Careful planning can make the process clearer and help prevent avoidable administrative issues later.
I have shared a short guide on the WiseBridge website for business owners considering a director change.
